- High Quality Coaching!
- Nationally recognised standards + Club Policies for Good Practice including Child Protection.
Salle Lawrence welcomes beginners to both Tavistock SLFC and Plymouth SLFC. The following explain the varying entrance roots you can take:
- Turn up on the night- You can just turn up to one of our club night sessions to have a go. *Spaces limited*
- Book individual sessions in advance- Preferably we would like notice (by email or phone) of beginners attending our sessions so that we make sure we have available equipment for you. See our Contact Details to advance book!
- We run 3 beginner courses a year for 10 weeks- These must be booked in advance via our website or by phone. There are 10 spaces available for each course that we run. To book onto our next course please click here.
