Club Nights - Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Times- 6.00pm until 7.30pm (juniors/ Under 13's)

            7.30pm until 9.00pm (adults/over 13's)

Venue- YMCA Plymouth Kitto Centre

Schedule- We have some fun warm up games to get the evening sessions started, followed by technical footwork training. We move onto blade work as a group or in pairs and free play fencing for the majority of the lesson. For senior members one to one interaction with a coach is available most weeks to aid fencing development for both recreational and elite fencers.

No matter what your fitness level sessions are tailored for individuals so if you are looking for some fun and exercise or if you are an elite fencer then classes are designed to suit you.
